單位工會經(jīng)費收支管理辦法

為規(guī)范單位工會經(jīng)費收支管理，保障工會經(jīng)費合理使用，提高工會工作水平，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國憲法》和《中華人民共和國會計法》等相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，結(jié)合實際，制定本管理辦法。

第一條 工會經(jīng)費的收支管理應(yīng)當遵循合法、公正、公開的原則，加強財務(wù)監(jiān)督，確保經(jīng)費使用的正當性和合理性。

第二條 單位應(yīng)當建立工會經(jīng)費收支管理制度，明確工會經(jīng)費用途，制定預(yù)算和支出計劃，嚴格執(zhí)行國家財務(wù)制度和會計法的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

第三條 單位工會經(jīng)費收支應(yīng)當由工會組織獨立自主管理，工會經(jīng)費的使用應(yīng)當符合工會的宗旨和工作需求，不得用于與工會工作無關(guān)的用途。

第四條 單位應(yīng)當加強對工會經(jīng)費的審計和監(jiān)督，確保工會經(jīng)費收支的真實性、合法性和合規(guī)性。

第五條 單位應(yīng)當建立健全工會經(jīng)費管理制度，加強對工會經(jīng)費的使用情況的監(jiān)督，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和糾正經(jīng)費使用中的違規(guī)行為。

第六條 單位工會經(jīng)費收支應(yīng)當遵循公開透明的原則，及時向工會成員和社會公示經(jīng)費的使用情況，接受社會監(jiān)督。
