35篇論文被通報,永久取消國家自然科學基金項目申請資格!(國家自然科學基金撤銷)

2018年5月3日,江蘇師范大學鄭元林、陸軍及吳冬梅共同通訊在Molecular Medicine(IF=5.7)在線發(fā)表題為“Effects of CREB1 gene silencing on cognitive dysfunction by mediating PKA-CREB signaling pathway in mice with vascular dementia”的研究論文,該研究表明,CREB1基因沉默導致VD加重,這是由于抑制PKA-CREB信號通路導致的,從而加劇了認知功能障礙。

但是,在2023年8月7日,該文章被撤回,主要原因是數(shù)據(jù)異常。

另外,國自然基金委對吳冬梅、鄭元林、陸軍等發(fā)表的論文共通報了35篇文章,截至2023年8月10日,已經(jīng)被撤回33篇文章(部分文章為非通報文章)。

撤銷吳冬梅國家自然科學基金項目“TRPV4介導軟骨藻酸處理致小鼠認知缺陷的分子機制”(批準號81400902),追回已撥資金,永久取消吳冬梅國家自然科學基金項目申請資格(自2022年1月18日起),給予吳冬梅通報批評;

決定依照《國家自然科學基金條例》第三十五條第四項,并參照《國家自然科學基金委員會監(jiān)督委員會對科學基金工作中不端行為的處理辦法(試行)》第十七條第三、四項,撤銷鄭元林國家自然科學基金項目“HDAC6激活HMGB1/RAGE信號軸介導Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠認知缺陷的機制研究”(批準號81571055),追回已撥資金,取消鄭元林國家自然科學基金項目申請資格5年(2022年1月18日至2027年1月17日),給予鄭元林通報批評;

決定參照《國家自然科學基金委員會監(jiān)督委員會對科學基金工作中不端行為的處理辦法(試行)》第十七條第三、四項,取消陸軍國家自然科學基金項目申請資格5年(2022年1月18日至2027年1月17日),給予陸軍通報批評。
